Your Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Manager who combines a strong commercial mindset with a background in medicine or life sciences.
You are the internal counterpart of business development converting leads to accounts.
In the sales process, you act as the link between the customer and internal stakeholders, providing technical information and managing onboarding.
You drive and execute all marketing activities, developing the strategy, aligning it with top management and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary link between business development, product management, R&D, and customer service.
  • Manage lead generation, conversion and inside sales activities to support business growth.
  • Represent lifespin at domestic or international conferences and industry events
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create compelling content (presentations, brochures, social media posts, website updates) to support sales and brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning.

Your Profile

  • Background: Degree in medical, life sciences, or related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in marketing and/or inside sales, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to connect technical solutions to customer value.
  • Hands-on attitude: comfortable planning and executing marketing activities independently.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Regensburg at least 3 days per week.
