Your Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager & Business Development Support with a strong commercial background in diagnostics, life sciences, medtech, or digital health.

Your primary responsibility is to convert leads into customers, manage onboarding, and act as the key interface between business development, product, R&D, and clients.

You bring hands-on execution skills and a structured sales mindset—without falling into rigid, traditional sales routines.

Marketing is not your main job, but as we are a small team you are still a core contributor to our marketing activities with regards to content, materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead qualification, inside sales activities, and conversion into active accounts
  • Act as the internal counterpart of business development and link between customer, BD, product, and R&D
  • Provide technical and commercial information, prepare presentations, and support decision-making
  • Manage customer onboarding, training coordination, and early adoption support
  • Prepare structured sales reports, KPI dashboards, and maintain CRM data
  • Represent Lifespin at customer meetings, web sessions, conferences, or industry events

Marketing

  • Create or refine sales materials (presentations, brochures, customer-facing documents)
  • Design or support targeted campaigns or events as needed
  • Integrate market and customer insights into messaging and positioning

Your Profile

Experience & Skills

  • Several years of professional experience in diagnostics, life sciences, medtech, or digital health
  • Proven track record in inside sales, customer onboarding, partner coordination, or business development
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear customer value
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and customer-facing confidence
  • CRM, sales reporting, market/customer analysis experience (Excel, dashboards, KPI reporting)

Mindset

  • Hands-on, execution-driven, structured, and reliable
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Pragmatic, proactive, able to take ownership and drive outcomes independently

Languages

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

On-site requirement

  • Willingness to work on-site in Regensburg at least 3 days per week
